Julius is a Professional helping families build in the Texas Hill Country, Texas Central Plains, South Texas, and the Texas Gulf Coast.
Julius is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and uses his knowledge & experience after 25+ years in the real estate & home building industries to help clients build their dreams with with his vast list of preferred builders.
In 1999, Julius voluntarily left the corporate world at UPS to pursue a career in Real Estate. After his first two years at a major franchised firm, Julius was selected as the firm's Vice-President of Sales. A year later, Julius obtained his Real Estate Broker's license and opened a nationally recognized independent real estate franchise firm and delegated the majority of his time focusing on the growth and development of other real estate agents as their Broker. Although that was a great endeavor, and he successfully helped hundreds of real estate agents become successful, he felt it was time to get back to what he really enjoyed most; focusing on his clients' dreams of building luxury custom homes and barndominiums at an affordable price.
Julius grew up in rural Texas farming, ranching, and working the land. He is an avid Baseball fan, loves to play golf, hunt, fish, and spend time on their ranch in Lavaca County.
Julius & his wife, Eloise, are very involved in their community, their church, and their family. They prioritize their life as GOD, Family, Community, & Career.

Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We have preferred builders throughout Central & South Texas - from the Texas Hill Country, Central Plains, Gulf Coast, and South Texas counties; and we are always looking for & vetting preferred builders in all other Texas regions.

The time it takes to build a home depends on the size and complexity of the project. On average, it takes between 9 to 12 months to build a home.
Yes, most provide a ten-year warranty, and some a 20-yr warranty* on all of their homes to cover any defects or issues that may arise. *Year one is "bumper-to-bumper", year one-two is mechanical, and years one-ten/twenty are structural. We will always refer to the warranty booklet provided by the builder prior to contract for more information.
It is difficult, virtually impossible, to quote price per square foot because every home is different. Many factors affect the $/SF, including but not limited to Site Costs, Construction Materials, Roofing Materials, Selections, Non-Living spaces (i.e. Garages, Porches, Patios), etc. It is best to start with a budget and work with us to select or design a plan that fits your needs, wants, and lifestyle, while staying within budget. This will help us pair you with the right builder for your budget.
Site costs are all the costs necessary to prepare the land for your home; such as clearing & road access. As well as, but not limited to other costs such as foundation elevation deviations, driveways & sidewalks, culverts, road base materials, utility connections, septic systems, water wells, municipalities, permits, fees, etc. We will visit your land prior to selecting your builder and again with the builder, prior to contract, to determine your estimates Site Costs.
We cannot say one is less expensive than the other due to the many variables. If you are building a simple barndominium with very little features, it may be less expensive due to the project. However, you can also build a simple home with very few high end features and be less expensive. Keep in mind, many bardominiums are simply a house built within a structure - basically two structures in one - therefore, they can generally be more expensive than a traditional built home. The better question is which style do you prefer, and let us guide you to a preferred builder that can stay within your budget for your dream!
